Each Fall, new faculty in the INC program can gain an institutional perspective into the expectations for tenure and insight into the various opportunities for feedback and support provided by the faculty review process. This month, Deputy Provost Snyder was on hand to answer questions, and mentors from the other colleges each offered insight and advice on a range of things including document management and the importance of continuing to be in dialogue with colleagues within their departments. The small INC circles will be meeting soon.
