Learn definitions and about research-proven strategies to mitigate the impacts of these cognitive shortcuts we all use in decision making, even though they tend to produce majority advantaging outcomes.
A comprehensive set of interlocking programs will maximize the impact of interdisciplinarity in creating and maintaining a critical mass of women STEM faculty.
