For the 2024-2025 Faculty Recruitment Cycle, we seek to train and compensate 10 faculty who will be ambassadors during the final campus interview of propspective new colleagues.
You will receive training and support. Last year over 180 faculty candidates came to campus. Play a critical role in how each of them experiences Lehigh during this pivotal recruitment moment. Interviewees are not evaluated in this 30-min discussion which is designed to give plenty of tiem for the finalists to ask us anything and get to what's really important for them. This meeting most typically focuses on aspects of the resources and infrastrucutre which support inclusive excellence. Nominations will be reviewed by a small advisory board.
