In order to help support pre-tenure colleagues in this stressful time, the Office of Research, the Provost’s Office, and the Colleges have partnered to sponsor 10 spots for the NCFDD Faculty Success Program. This program offers participants a chance to reset their writing and hone strategies to get proposals, journal articles, and manuscripts written more effectively and efficiently. The program is a 12-week program with individual coaching sessions, group meetings and accountability check ins every week. Faculty from Lehigh, as well as other universities report that the program helped them to develop productive writing life while balancing other commitments as faculty members.
