Starting Fall 2024 participation in a "Best Practices" workshop for faculty members of faculty search committees is valid for two years. See the rest of the story for dates as well as focused Recruitment Conversations on specific topics critical to faculty recruitment success.
This large scale, US based study, suggests models predicting that hiring more women will impact the proportion of women faculty more than will preventing their attrition.
Applications due July 29: ADVANCE Resource and Coordination (ARC) Network selects two to four Virtual Visiting Scholars to conduct research on existing or emerging themes from scholarly literature on gender equity in STEM workplaces.
