In this session of the INC program for 2022-2023, we will focus on tools to help participants explore and establish their mentor support infrastructure and build an indiviudal career development plan. Location will be determined later.
This is a closed session for INC participants and their mentor-guides.
A comprehensive set of interlocking programs will maximize the impact of interdisciplinarity in creating and maintaining a critical mass of women STEM faculty.
