Intentionally share an accomplishment or exciting idea with other colleagues so they can learn about you, what makes you curious and share the impacts you make, even if you're not in the room- Retell a Brag!
This event is for any faculty / AFFDP with interest, especially geared for LU-WISE, AFFDP, Recently Hired Faculty, INC Mentoring Circles, those affiliated with FSPN, FSCN, Lehigh Women's Network, Parents & Caregivers, and their champions, friends and mentors. We will work in small and large groups; ways to also engage with pen and paper will be provided so your social meter is considered.
Research suggests women may be drawn more to collaborative and interdisciplinary research. Lehigh ADVANCE will shed light on to what extent and how interdisciplinary work is gendered, not only in terms of participation but in terms of outcomes.
