Lehigh Valley Consortium

Lehigh University is part of a newly formed task force of regional employers who wish to support one another in recruting and retaining a diverse workforce by forming a consoritum.  Together, we propose relocation and networking services to potential hires (and their partners, spouses, families) who are planning to relocate to the Lehigh Valley region of Pennsylvania so that their integration into the community is strong  and successful.  Individuals with partners or spouses who also seek employment will have a program to assist them in making a career transition.

The consortium is currently funded and housed under the Lehigh ADVANCE project, Office of the Provost.  It is managed by Dr. Henry Odi, Vice Provost for Academic Diversity, and Ms. Donna Cornelius.
