News about the ongoing impact of the AFFDP is coming soon. At the June 2024 ADVANCE Equity in STEM Community Convening, Dr. Levine presented about the early phase program goals, design, impacts, and the proposal to host as a means to foster academic cultures that are welcoming and ready to mentor and develop diverse future faculty. The conversation in the session combined with the insights from the Cohort 1 scholars and Cohort 2 recruitment process will inform the activities in 2024-2025.
